To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment modifications, cancellations, or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us within this timeframe to avoid any fees.​
​To secure your appointment, a deposit and credit card on file may be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and other clients better.

1. Late Arrival Policy:
We strive to provide each client with the full experience they deserve. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can still give you the best possible service without impacting other clients.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a fee, as a courtesy to our stylists.
3. Payment Policy:
For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital methods. Some services may require a deposit, which will be applied to your final bill.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone. If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to help us maintain a healthy space.
5. Service Guarantee:
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your service, please reach out within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
